We had a great experience working with Dean Drake...he helped us with purchasing a bike for our daughter. She is a cancer survivor and Dean worked directly with our daughter asking and answering questions. He explained how the bike worked and went through all of the operational needs of the bike. It was pretty obvious of her interest in the bike and Dean talked in laymen's terms so she was comfortable with everything. Our daughter has used a lot of different types of equipment in her recovery process, and her new Recumbent Bike has already produced, "significant new first's" that we enjoy and are grateful for...Thank You

Someone helped me unload my stroller and bring it inside. The mechanic had my stroller tire fixed in less than 5 minutes for much less than I expected and he carried the stroller out to my truck. Fantastic customer service and friendly people. Shop looked clean as well.

Salesmen were attentive and knowledgeable. The foldable trike I was considering most seriously was in another store, so Drew called the store and had it sent over. When we returned to see it and asked David to fold it so we could confirm that it would fit in the trunk of the car, he didn't hesitate. It fit, so we cheered and purchased it!! Over the years, I have purchased several bikes from Eddy's over the years and have always been impressed with the professionalism and camaraderie among the staff.
