Excellent Service and Friendly People, I got an Explanation for everything that was done.
We have bought 6 bikes from Chain Reaction over many years and have been very pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness of everyone we have dealt with in sales, maintenance, and repair. We have recommended CR to many friends who have also bought bikes from CR. (NOTE: We love the FREE routine adjustments to brakes, shifting, and wheels (truing) for the original owners of a CR purchased bike!!)

They sold us a kids bike over phone that was not available so our daughter was very disappointed about the color not being available anymore. Then they sell us to more bikes that are supposed to be available in 3 weeks says in our receipt and the store employee told us that and we just got an email that says one will not be here for another 2 months. We haven't told our other daughter yet. This isnt okay. We put down deposits and then get excited and then we are just lied to. Calling store when they open this morning.
Folks like Mike are knowledeable and helpoful.
Service great didn’t brows
Courteous, fast and professional service. Came in for a quick adjustment of the shifters and was in and out within a few minutes. Took the bike for a ride today and it shifted smoothly and nicely, as expected.

Kudos to MikeJ @Chain Rx in RwC for so graciously fixing my rear gear cluster that was slipping horizontally. They allowed me to bring the bike in even thought the next maint appointments were not until late August. Chain Rx staff are customer oriented. Can't wait to visit their new location after the move.
The service was very good. Keep me posted on when my bike was coming.
