The staff was very helpful even though they were busy.

He took care of me right when I got there. I had an unusual request and they took care of it. Not like the crummy bike store a mile down El Camino. I stood there for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged my existence. Thanks again

Chain Reaction always goes above and beyond in making sure that it's customers have what they need to ride safely and often. I can't tell you how many times I've ridden in without an appointment and they were able to fix the problem enough that I could still ride until one was available.
The staff is knowledgable, helpful, and fun to work with. They listen carefully and make excellent suggestions of what you may need.
My whole experience with Chain Reaction was top notch from shopping for the bike to picking it up and having it outfitted. I felt like i was having a real biking culture experience. Thanks so much!!

I overheard some employees say that they had been working through lunch breaks during the COVID bike craze. While it's great to be selling more bikes, the employees should not be missing their lunch breaks and, instead, should be rewarded with free lunches - provided by the owner for their extra hard work as well as bonuses in their paychecks. I hope the owner shares in the profit as it would not have been possible without the employees.
Friendly, vast expertise, attention to detail, timely
I am disappointed that my bike was not cleaned after a $160 tune up. The chain does not appear to have bene touched and still has visible grease all over. While the brakes and gears may have been checked, I expected more. Perhaps shame on me for not asking but disappointed for the price.

By far the most reliable and trustworthy bike shop around. Very friendly service. My only suggestion is that you carry more than one line. Trek is a great U.S. brand but why not carry one reliable European line?
