You have a good selection, the turn round time was like 1 hour. You are very close to me and the staff was available and knowledgeable. It seems bicycle shops are disappearing. You have been in business for years. That makes after purchase support and service less of a worry. Bike are really not user serviceable anymore.

They have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me to products. Steve, Mike and Becky understand the underlying nature of what is wrong with a bike before offering financial fixes. In fact many times in the past and recently, they have fixed problems with my bike at no expense to me. I trust their family owned operation because it runs on honestly before profitability.
