I love everything about this store!!! Incredible service by the family that owns the store for over 40 years. They totally know their stuff and provide all the information, guidance, products and services you need to have fun on a bike! I have been a happy customer for over 20 years. Trust me, others can be good but nobody else is as great as these guys!
I brought my bike in right when they opened with a rear flat tire - possibly needing a whole new tire. Mike helped replace the rear tire as well as diagnosing a shifting issue & inspected the front tire and shifters. I was home in 45 minutes!!! This isn’t the first time they have exceeded my expectations. I’m grateful to have my bike back so quickly as I try to ride it daily.

Very friendly and diligent team! We recently ordered a Trek bike that was shipped and assembled at the store - and the team discovered minor cosmetic defects. The Team went ahead and contacted the manufacturer directly to troubleshoot the issue and seek a remedy. They also registered our bike directly with the manufacturer!

I have been a customer of Chain Reaction for 40 years and have purchased many bikes from this company. Also, when needed always had my bike serviced there as well. What I like about the team is that everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help answer all your questions and concerns regarding your bike (s). Whether it's a new bike of a newly serviced one they take the time to make sure you are thoroughly happy with the purchase. Chain Reaction ROCKS!

The staff has been very helpful and courteous. They also do their best to repair the damage as much as possible, rather than simply replacing parts and increasing the bill to us. I highly recommend them. The support was fantastic!

Great service! Great people! They had exactly what I was looking for.
Last week I asked about low-end versus high-end seats that I could use during the winter. My seat was torn to shreds. After saving some money, I was able to purchase a new seat and have it installed by a bike mechanic. At first it wasn't level but after bringing it back into the store and having someone look at it they determined quickly that it was in fact not level and fixed the problem. I might come into the store again soon to have the seat adjusted again. Chain reaction is a great store with great people who know their stuff. No Androids here.
