I recently purchased a bike computer and sensor from Chain Reaction in Redwood City. I biked over and they installed the items in less than 10 minutes for no additional fee and explained how to use it.
The people who work at Chain Reaction really knows their products and are always helpful when I have questions.

A great example of this is the following; I lost the charger for my E-bike and the owner (Mike) let me borrow a charger while I waited for a new one that they ordered for me. Every time I have been to Chain Reaction in the past - I feel like I am family. The entire team looks out for my needs in assessing my bike & always try to get me back on the road ASAP. Just yesterday I stopped by because Mike had previously examined my chain & determined that it had about 500 miles left before replacing it. While the chain was being replaced- the mechanic also observed my rear shifter was dangerously close to failure & so replaced that as well. In and out in under 30 minutes! Amazing !! 🤩
