Chain Reaction staff are friendly, competent and customer service oriented. They are very accommodating to customers. I have been a customer since 2001 and have bought several bicycles from them. They are honest, have never tried to upsell me on a repair. This is a wonderful example of a family owned small business.

My wife and I bought her first bike from Chain Reaction in 1981 and we have been doing business with them ever since. I tried to remember all of the bikes we have bought for the family, and I can't remember them all. A very knowledgeable and kind staff, much of which is the Jacoubowsky family. Generally well stocked with a great selection, but also very willing to make a special order.
The person helping out with my bike pick up was welcoming, kind, and thorough. She even installed the water bottle cage and wiped down the bike.
Helpful, friendly staff and excellent repair work. Good selection of products make this my LBS.

I had a WONDERFUL experience in your store this week. Thank you for posting your Covid 19 hazard mitigation procedures on your website. I read up on it before arriving. It reflects a very high level of professionalism and care. Mike assessed what bike gear I was looking for, ushered me into the store and handed me off to his son to select a new helmet and heart rate monitor strap. You both were so helpful, knowledgeable and fun to talk to! I will definitely recommend you to friends and family and will return for another purchase.
