Mike and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. Whether it’s purchasing a new bike or having one repaired or maintained - I would highly recommend Chain Reaction!

By far the most reliable and trustworthy bike shop around. Very friendly service. My only suggestion is that you carry more than one line. Trek is a great U.S. brand but why not carry one reliable European line?

I have been visiting your store(s) for almost 20 years now. I have always been impressed with the friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. When I was involved in a crash several years ago, you guys set me up with new wheels, handlebars, etc.
Recently I needed new shoes and visited again. You have been very proactive about keeping your store safe during the pandemic, and I really appreciate that. I felt "safe" visiting and was treated like a valued customer. Went on my first ride today with the new shoes and they fit and feel great.

Chain Reaction staff are friendly, competent and customer service oriented. They are very accommodating to customers. I have been a customer since 2001 and have bought several bicycles from them. They are honest, have never tried to upsell me on a repair. This is a wonderful example of a family owned small business.
