My positive experience started with welcoming, informative, and patient assistance on the phone. I had a lot of questions about your inventory and the technical difference between a few different models. After a few minutes, I called back to ask if I could put down a deposit to have the bike I wanted to buy my wife saved for me until I could pick it up the next day. It was a simple as that. Service in the store was superb as well as educational. Well worth the long drive from Walnut Creek to Redwood City. Special thanks to Lexi.

I love this bike shop. The staff if friendly, knowledgeable and the business is local. I’ve been going to this shop for all my bike needs since I moved to the area almost 20 years ago. It’s family operated. I honestly can’t think of anything I would change. When I ask questions I always feel a genuine willingness to help. I’m an avid biker and I would recommend this shop for both new bicycles and keeping your old ones on the road for many years!

Knowledge, workmanship, and customer service. Mike did an excellent job of explaining things and reviewing options. Even though they were quite busy he did not rush the discussion.
I loved how helpful everyone I talked to was. I also love that you are taking precautions to keep your customers safe and that you are sanitizing the card reader between transactions. My only recommendation would be to limit customers in the store to two or three at most because some customers are not very mindful of the 6 ft distance rule. Thank you for all your hard work!
