Thing I love most about Chain Reaction is their customer service. Really nice folks who do great work for reasonable prices.
You guys carried the triple crankset that I needed. Not only that, but your staff was exceedingly helpful in answering my questions over the phone, and providing additional information and guidance when I came into the store (thank you, Mike!). Even though I live across the Bay in Castro Valley, I would gladly make the trip out to Chain Reaction again in the future. Great shop!

Love Sanya and Mike taking care of me. SONYA Really took time to measure my feet. Insoles. Getting the best bike cleats. But not just that. She let me ride the Pelaton w/ them that really gave me a feel. But there is more. She let me try the Ferrari of bike cleats: the SIDIS which are soooo nice but above my pay grade. But she let me know how the Carbon One percenters who pass me going up Woodside Road feel. One day! But there is more. Mike Jacabowski
of the famous brother Jakowbowski cycle riding, racing tour family from Wisconsin to Los Altos to Redwood City took care of my New cleats on the bike shoes. Made sure they were good for both my bikes. My road bike which was great. But then I did a spin on my mountain. Bike and he was able to replace the pedals on my mountain bike for a great fit. Soo great that the parts came in. Such a great job.Mike was impressed w/ my old pedals. He said. IMPRESSIVE! First name removed! Old School! No C No E Real Men Ride Steel! Good customer service
Family run and owned. Incredible customer service. They sell and service some of the best bicycle brands on the market. My husband and brother-in-law have purchased many bicycles from them over the years.
