Not open on Sunday.
I get an Explanation of what's wrong and they check to see about parts, if ordering is needed I get a Time frame for when they'll come in and an estimated Date to be done and Ready for Pick-up. Knowledgeable Staff and Experienced Repair and Replacement Personnel make it a Very Nice Experience. I've been coming here for Years and I've bought 2 Bikes here that they keep in Running Shape so I don't Worry about anything.
Super fast, courteous, job done right the first time. Really appreciated them being able to take on my job on short notice.
It's great, love coming into the shop for parts. Love the crew that works there, and is right down the street.
Just wish you were open on Sunday, as if I screw something up on Saturday, I end up going somewhere else on Sunday for parts.

I'm coming up on 20 years of using Chain Reaction Bicycles to keep me safely on the road cycling my well tuned, quiet bikes. This LBS has a professional team and they really look after their regular customers! On my visit this week I saw a pretty good supply of new bikes ready for test riding! The new location has good parking and that was a great addition to the shop.
