Have to say I forgot my mask upon walking in was greeted by an older woman sitting at the counter to say abruptly “ sir your mask” felt the reminder could of been more friendly and I might of been handy for you to have had mask on hand , So I did go back to car and get mask and made my purchase , her approach was a turn off

I had requested the bottom bracket to be replaced due to a clicking sound, but the mechanic determined that it was not necessary. He adjusted and tightened other parts of the bike that may have been causing the clicking sound and was detailed and conscientious about his work.
