Thorough service from a team that is clearly knowledgeable and cares about their work.
$20 for a five minute brake adjustment is completely absurd. I understand that you guys need to be profitable in order to stay in business, but no other bike shop in Park Slope is this wildly overpriced, especially for such a simple thing that doesn't require significant knowledge.
Everyone is thoughtful. knowledgeable and patient. Bicycle Habitat has been my go-to bike shop for decades!
I was told that the chain was replace totally, turned out they just replaced one link and charged my for the entire chain. Bummed out

Got a rear flat after riding to work and needed a fix quickly. Justine and Francisco were very friendly and helpful in not only fixing the flat, but also recommended and installed some much needed locks to help protect my bike from theft in the city. I can definitely see myself coming back to this shop!
