I placed my order online. When I went to pick it up, even though it was super busy, one of the staff members acknowledged me and said they would be right with me when they realized they tagged someone else to assist. The person who helped me was super attentive, and despite it being busy, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend it.
I’ve been there at least 2-3 times over the past year and the level of service and expertise has been fantastic.

Went in for a tube change and was talked to about issues with my wheel during this process which I believed was the mechanic being kind and diligent. Undisclosed to me, this became an ‘estimate’ that I did not ask for or have any knowledge of that I was entering into and I was charged for it. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I was not made aware I was going to have pay for something I never asked for and ultimately left with nothing.
They fit me in when I was in desperate need of a bottom bracket replacement while on vacation in NYC.
