The team at Bicycle Cove in Madison is great! They have helped me multiple times with very quick turn arounds. They have very reasonable prices for their services, and when I'm getting something fixed they have always found relatively efficient ways to fix rather than pushing me to purchase new equipment.

My Trek E-Bike had to be ordered. They were very clear and honest about everything. The bike came in on time. They assembled the extra parts I ordered (adjustable stem and bull horned hand grips). Chris explained much of the information contained in the manual in a simple manner on site. The product is beautiful. Took my first ride and it was far beyond what I expected. Perfect for my situation. One cannot get this kind of service from the internet. Highly recommend Bicycle Cove.
