They price match, very personable, and attempt to match you with the right product. For example, they allowed us to exchange bikes, because the first one was not a good fit for what I was looking for. I believe it is important to support your local small businesses.

After being there for a couple weeks and spending close to 600 bucks, (tune up and derailleur problem) my first test ride I discovered 3 issues and now have to bring it back. No biggie... But since you asked.

The team at Bicycle Cove did a wonderful job enlightening me of all the key points about the Trek bikes, very helpful service team getting my bike ready to go home with me, I bought a Trek e-bike Allant which I ABSOLTUELY LOVE!!!!! Their facility is super diverse, they carry bike racks, accessories, several style of bikes, everything you need to get out on your bike and hit the road! I highly recommend this bike shop!
