Called ahead to check availability of inventory. I was told they had what I was looking for just to get me in but there was not anything close to what I was looking for when I arrived.
Local, convenient and friendly. Products seem to be fairly priced with the market vendors.
fantastic staff - every single one of them are ROCK STARS!!!! Even the owners seem like pretty good folks. I buy all my bikes there, and would never take my bikes anywhere else to get them worked on.
Products are great quality and there is a good selection of options for most bike accessories. Also the shop doggo is the best and deserves all the pets.

The staff and Ms Oliver were amazing from start to finish. We decided to order bikes in October of 2020, thinking with Covid and my husband working from home, we could get out and ride, get into shape. Bless them....they kept us updated even when the news wasn't so good. Can't thank them enough for their patience and helping us get into the right bikes. Fourteen months later, we have them home and are looking forward to putting some miles on them. They were an AMAZING group!

The information given on E-Bikes was generous. We were there almost 30 minutes and fun the discussion or was plain we were not buying a bike that day. Yet and still we were treated with kindness, generosity, and respect by answering our questions.
And the young lady who was cashier was very kind and generous with her knowledge of bikes as well.

We like the after sales service offered with the purchase. Of course, we haven't gotten to that point of using it, but the friendly service gives us hope it will be there along the way.
We were promised phone calls on updates as we waited for our bikes. The folks delivered on that. This tells us they are committed to servicing the customer.
We are waiting on the delivery of our second ebike. Hope it makes the trip to the store soon.
