Friendly people, great service. They quickly diagnosed what caused my flat tire and removed and replaced a previously poorly installed (by someone else) innertube. Got me back on my bike excursion quickly. Saved my weekend plans.

Was told my bike was ready and drove one hour to pick it up only to find out it was not ready. Paid $800 for a complete rework and now told I needed a $20 part for the cover on the shifters. Still waiting to find out when it will actually be ready. So with gas prices being so high and my time driving back up there, I expect the $20 not to be charged to me?
Michelle did a great job answering all of our questions and helping our 5 year old feel comfortable on a bigger bike. She gave him the confidence to try as well as some good tips for me as I support him learning to ride. We came home with a great used bike that he looks forward to riding!
