Bike purchase and pickup went great. The staff even installed the kickstand I purchased on the bike. The only issue I had was the tires on the bike were pretty flat when I got it. Everything else was great.

Intolerable and helpful
Cassius and Mike were very helpful, friendly and answered all questions about my tune up and new waxed chain. I really appreciated Cassius letting me keep my bike to be able to train on until it was at the top of the list. He also completed the tune up and repairs quickly and I had my bike back the next day. Awesome service and staff.

Brought my bike there to get a tube on my back tire. That requires taking loose the torque/pedal sensor to get the back tire off. Bike motor worked perfectly when I brought it there. Picked it up brought it home and the pedals won’t activate the motor no more. Batteries on my bike are perfect and the motor is. Called up there and told them and they said they cannot help me. Very dissatisfied customer and looks like I’ll have to put a bad review out on google. I do not want to and don’t usually do that. But I got my bike messed up, and nobody wanted to help me. Great sale prices. Good selection of bikes on the showroom floor. Michelle was very helpful in sizing a bike for me and the bike tech prepped my new beginner level Trek mountain bike quickly.

God selection of products with employees that have great of the products they sell.
I bought a Bontrager carbon wheel set that several years ago, and on the rear wheel spokes recently started to break every few months. I didn't expect that to be covered under any warranty but Bicycle Cove thought it should be and submitted a claim to Trek. Trek replaced the wheel free of charge under the lifetime warranty, saving me beaucoup bucks. Thanks, Bicycle Cove, for knowing Trek's policies and getting me back on the road quickly.
