The service I received yesterday was fantastic. The lady who helped me understood exactly what I wanted, showed me a product that met my needs and fit my budget, and was kind and efficient in putting all the things I bought on the bike, quickly. She was professional and really likable. I’d never been I the Store before, but I’ll be going back when my family has more bike needs.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They ordered parts for my bike that I asked for and got them in a timely manner. The parts that I asked them to order did not fit, no fault of theirs. I offered to pay them for their trouble but they would not take any money. These folks are genuinely good people to do business with. I will be doing business with them again when I need parts or service. I highly recommend this bike business.

Great service.
The person providing me service was knowledgeable. He did not over sell me. I went in to get my front tire fixed. I stated that I needed two new tires. He informed me that my front tire had another 300 miles on it and did not need to be replaced. My back tire did. So he save me the cost of a new tire. The price was good for two tubes and one tire. I would recommend this store to others.
