I called to ask if my child’s favorite bike could be repaired and explained the problem. I was told to drop the bike off at the store. When I arrived, I was told that the problem was an easy fix and wouldn’t take long because “ this bike is a grocery store bike. If you got 24 hours out of this bike, you are lucky.”
There was absolutely no reason to be rude or have a negative voiced opinion about my child’s bike. It was very degrading and inconsiderate. I don’t know anyone who would buy their 9 year old child, who’s not into a cycling sport, an overpriced bicycle. The employee was very rude, with a smile on his face. I have a Townsie and I will absolutely not have my bike serviced at this location in the future.

We love bicycle clove for anything bike related. We have purchased all our bikes from here and we get them repaired and serviced here. I don’t live near it anymore, but it’s worth the drive across town.
