The team at Bicycle Cove was pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful. They provided me with outstanding service and assured me that if anything was not to my satisfaction, they would rectify it. The bicycle, which I had ordered, was assembled expertly. The mechanic inquired as to whether I had any questions and offered to place the bicycle on my bike rack. What a team!! Friendly, knowledgeable service department that did a good job fixing my bike and getting it back to me as fast as possible.
Service was very good and was done on the spot. Went in for a rotor install.
The only issue is that once the rotor was installed the mechanic did not mention that it needs to be bedded. Personally I already know this, but for a customer that may not it can be a real headache.
