Excellent service!
What I like is the cheerful, positive attitudes and product knowledge of the staff. They are patient to explain options and products so I always learn something in the process. They go out of their way to keep me out riding my bikes with confidence that they are in good condition. I sing their praises to biking friends who are now customers also.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Very helpful in assisting in getting a replacement rim for my son’s bike. Was notified when the work was complete. I received both email and text message.
A little more attention to detail when doing repairs. I had front wheel true and new tubeless tire put on. Needed new rim tape as tire leaked. I brought it back and you made it right, but I think rim issue should have been caught especiallly since you had to true the wheel and mess with spokes.
Great bikes and aways the best service.
I had an issue with one of the inter tubes I bought and they traded it out with no questions asked.
Staff is so good. Helpful and quickly resolves problems. They will do most of my issues on the spot. Prices are more than fair.

However, I do have to say it’s a good thing I live close! I paid by phone and a friend picked a bike up. Unfortunately it wasn’t my bike! So we had to turn around and bring that bicycle back to the shop and get my bike.
The staff is very friendly and took the time to explain what they could do and any issues they might have. When we picked up the bike, everything was fixed, and the price was reasonable. We are very happy with the experience.

Dependable products and reliable service.
Chris and Ben were great from the beginning. Even calling before stepping foot inside the store Ben was very suggestive and helpful.
Because of him I visited Bicycle Cove to repair a flat and ended walking out of thier with a new Di2 set.
Chris was just as helpful as Ben, and unfortunately I can’t remember the bike techs name, but he was also very helpful.
Nothing but the great easy of praise for bicycle cove and the staff there.
