Very professional crew at this bike shop. They deliver on their promises. At the height of the season, they had the bike I needed in stock. They assembled the next day, we picked it up and off we went on vacation.

This is the second bike I’ve purchased from Bicycle Cove…the first time was about five years ago at their Hampton Cove Store. I bought a Trek Dual Sport and last week an Adventon at their Madison Store! Both locations offered excellent customer service…they are my go-to store for all my cycling needs.

Took my bike in expecting to have to drop it off. Mechanic came out and took the time to check it out while I was there and fixed the problem while I waited. Charge was more than fair. Great shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff

The staff seems to be snarky and passively aggressive sometimes.
Chris went above and beyond to mail me a hard to find part, which he had in inventory. Most shops wouldn't do that. Thanks guys!
