The team at Bicycle Cove are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I have purchased 2 bicycles in the last year from this establishment. If one is looking for a Trek bicycle, Bicycle Cove is the place to make one's purchase.
Chris got right on our 2 bikes Saturday morning and had both repaired with a hour or so, we also purchased a new electric bike that day for my wife every thing went good

I wanted to get a different seat for my bike. Stop by the store, which is 10 minutes from my house and they had a couple of seats to choose from. I was able to bring my bike inside the store , they removed the old seat, put on the seat, paid for it and left.

After a trip to the Grand Tetons, I returned with some inspiration to begin biking more regularly after seeing so many in Wyoming on bike paths and trails. I had researched the Marlin as an entry level option to get me on a better quality bike at a reasonable cost. When I stopped by the Madison location, I spoke with Chris. It wasn’t until later that I learned from someone else that he is the owner. As I shared with Chris my intentions for riding, he directed me to a different bike, Dual Sport 1, and helped me understand his reasoning for doing so given the type of riding I would mostly be doing. I appreciated his insight with no attempt to upsell me to a more costly bike that would have overshot my needs at this time. After a couple days of consideration, I called back to the Madison location with intentions to talk with Chris again to be certain of my decision. He had also put a hold on the bike for a couple days to give me time. I was told Chris was at the other location. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very kind, but he proceeded to explain to me all the upgrades I would need to make the bike adequate for my intended riding purposes and terrain, and he actually pointed me to an upgraded model that was more than I was willing to spend at this time. I was not frustrated by any means, but it was far too technical for a novice rider such as myself. I called the Huntsville location hoping to speak with Chris, but he was unavailable. I spoke with a lady, although I can not remember her name unfortunately, who listened to my concerns as I shared about just having been taken through a much more technical conversation than I felt was necessary. She very helpfully shared with me about her background of riding, her current recreation riding preference now, the type of bike she has that is at least somewhat similar to the one I was considering at Chris’ suggestion. With all that being said, it helped me feel much more confident and comfortable with selecting the recommended Dual Sport 1, recognizing it may have limitations compared to other specialty bike styles, but it doesn’t mean I couldn’t still ride a variety of surfaces and find enjoyment.
With all that being said, my experiences with each individual throughout the process was very satisfying. I have subsequently called back with other questions regarding a hitch rack. Michelle, I believe was her a name, at the Madison location was extremely helpful and enjoyable to speak with on the phone. If it wasn’t Michelle, I apologize. Whoever it was, we joked about my last name, Last name removed, bringing back her memories of Vacation Bible School growing up. If that was Michelle or someone else, I just want ti be sure they are acknowledged as well.
Thanks to everyone! The bike has been fantastic so far! My 10yo son has already said he wants a bike from the same store where I got mine, to which my wife may have given me a slight glare.

I moved to HSV from Colorado, it was bittersweet but I knew I was going to miss my bike shop in Colorado the most, they spoil me and always took such very good care of me. A friend recommended Bicycle Cove for a repair I needed. From the very first day I walked in the door Ben has made me feel like Im his only customer of the day. I recently met Cash and trust him completely to service all three of my bikes. Thanks Bicycle Cove for making me feel at home!
The lady that assisted my wife and I was exceptional. She explained the different bicycles for our grandchildren very well and talked to our grandchildren in a way that they could understand. . She was patient with our grands and allowed them to test the bikes were considering.

The pre inspection of my bike and talking through the recall on the crank with options was great. I also like the virtual queue so I could continue riding over the two week period. And definitely, having the service done in the same day I dropped it off was the best.

Chris and Ben were great from the beginning. Even calling before stepping foot inside the store Ben was very suggestive and helpful.
Because of him I visited Bicycle Cove to repair a flat and ended walking out of thier with a new Di2 set.
Chris was just as helpful as Ben, and unfortunately I can’t remember the bike techs name, but he was also very helpful.

What I like is the cheerful, positive attitudes and product knowledge of the staff. They are patient to explain options and products so I always learn something in the process. They go out of their way to keep me out riding my bikes with confidence that they are in good condition. I sing their praises to biking friends who are now customers also.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Very helpful in assisting in getting a replacement rim for my son’s bike. Was notified when the work was complete. I received both email and text message.
A little more attention to detail when doing repairs. I had front wheel true and new tubeless tire put on. Needed new rim tape as tire leaked. I brought it back and you made it right, but I think rim issue should have been caught especiallly since you had to true the wheel and mess with spokes.

I had an issue with one of the inter tubes I bought and they traded it out with no questions asked.
Staff is so good. Helpful and quickly resolves problems. They will do most of my issues on the spot. Prices are more than fair.
