I called to get a bike checkup, and on the phone you were very accommodating and enthusiastic. I drove 20 minutes to arrive and then found out that the bike didn’t really didn’t need a service, and the one I might have needed would have required me to leave the bike for three days. (I live in Nashville) You all are awesome, but I wish that you could have looked my info up in the computer before I drove over as I felt I might have inconvenienced the worker. There is also a cap missing on the tire and I forgot to ask that it be replaced, but the repairman didn’t notice or mention it, didn’t check or fill the tires. There was no charge at all for the visit, but I would happily have paid for any time and effort or interest in the well being of my bike that was purchased there.
It’s not really a complaint, just wanted you to know how it was perceived by me. Thank you for all you do.
