Even though you have a very good, helpful bike mechanic, I will not be back to your hampton cove shop. Nor will I continue to recommend your shop to other fellow cycling advocates. My suggestion to the owner of this shop is to visit other bike shops to see how customers are treated there so you can also model your shop after their example. As long as you have cash register employees who are rude, disrespectful, very limited in their knowledge of cycling, and only get in the way of solving problems, I will not be doing business with you.

The folks here did an awesome job in basically rebuilding the drive train and cleaning up my classic steel Eddie Merckx road bike that I, embarissingly, had neglected for several years. They did a great job in tracking down the older components (8 speed dura ace) needed to get this old gem back in action!
The best experience! Excellent service and pricing. Will definitely be going here for all my cycling/triathlon needs. They even had a better selection in store than the websites I was searching online. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable staff with great customer service. The used Trek bikes we've gotten there have been such better quality, and lasted so much longer than the cheaper bikes from Walmart and Academy. It's worth paying more for quality and service.

Excellent service!!!! They took care of a flat tire for my whole few bike and a pedal issue for my daughters bike. Saved me several hours and a lot of aggravation.
