I just popped into Carindale today for some chain oil. Great looking store, clean, well stocked, well merchandised. Holly greeted me within 30 seconds, established good rapport, and then allowed me some space to look at bikes I can’t afford for a while. When I made my way to the oil she re-engaged and helped me with a recommendation. No pressure, great advice and a genuine lovely nature. The guy behind counter was also super friendly.

So easy to navigate and order online. Notifications via email and text that my ride was ready for pick up next day. When picking up the staff were more than happy to explain the finer points of operation and also helpful in knowledge of where some better trails to ride locally.
