I jumped on a few bikes before making a purchase with budget of about $AUD1,000, and the Trek FX 2 was the bike I felt most comfortable on. The ride home was a blast. Great bike with great support and help with set up. I highly recommend the Trek Ipswich shop for both products and service which was very professional and friendly.

I walked into the store to buy a specific item (listed on the website although not listed as being in stock in this location). The agent who greeted me was very friendly and efficient, and he found the item I was looking for in no time at all. I was thoroughly satisfied.
I visited the Ringwood store yesterday and was served by Rachel. Every time I visit Trek Ringwood I am met with a friendly smile and knowledgeable staff who are happy to spend time to answer my questions. Their service is exceptional and I cannot recommend them too highly.
