Products are great! Your people are even better. Stopped into the Melbourne store for a few things and had some great conversation. Got what I was after and had a great ride. Been in a number of Trek stores around the world and this one is definitely one of the best.
Specifically I liked the help and patience from all staff. They took the time to help me understand the range on a day I told them I wasn’t intending to purchase. Ultimately a few days later I ended up buying the bike I was recommended. I live regionally and the guys were super helpful on the phone and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thanks legends.
Helpful knowledgeable service
The lovely man that served us so so helpful, he even was showing my 3 year old how to ride a bike (my son never listens to me like that). His tips were great, He really went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name.

Didn't feel like a cheapskate or anything when looking at the cheapest bikes for my teenager, staff were really friendly about it (did still cost $900 which is a lot for a thirteen year old kids bike)

The service we received was exceptional. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, setting a positive tone for the entire experience. Adrian took the time to measure my children's heights and thoughtfully recommended bikes that were perfectly suited and tailored to their individual needs. His attention to detail and customer care were truly commendable.
High quality, but reasonable entry level bikes for kids. Service was excellent.

The team at Trek East Brunswick are so friendly and make everyone feel so welcome which can be rare for women in bike shops. Jackson and the crew are so genuinely kind and have such an infectious love for bikes. Great service, knowledgeable staff and welcoming environment.
