We previously visited another bicycle store and we were not taken seriously. Greg at the Pakenham branch of Trek greeted us respectfully and listened intently to what we wanted. His focus seemed purely on helping us find the right bikes that fitted our needs.
Taking this on board, he walked us through several options making us aware of features, benefits and costs. He recommended we test rode a couple to experience the differences and to understand what these felt like as opposed to just looking at them in the rack instore. We made our purchase that day, and to our pleasure we were able to collect the very next weekend!

Emily was very helpful in telling us about our different options for purchasing a new bike and was more than happy to let us take them out for a test ride. She was more concerned in helping us get the bike we wanted, rather than making a big sale which is always appreciated. We will definitely visit Trek Kawana again.
