I recently got the Trek Marlin 5 Gen 3 and accidentally contaminated both disc brakes after putting wd 40 on them, so I took it to Trek Pakenham where they fixed everything completely free of charge and even helped install a new light I’d bought for the bike. I just want to say a big thank you to Stuart and Wolf for fixing my bike and for the amazing goodwill. I would highly recommend Trek Pakenham to anyone getting their first mountain bike, whether you’re after a smooth, luxury ride or you’re a more experienced rider looking at full-suspension bikes, which I’m hoping to get in the future. Thank you to Trek for my first ever truly good bike, and hopefully anyone who reads this ends up getting their dream Trek too.
