You fix our issues with our bikes, and are concerned about safety, very important to us. The work also involved getting some parts as quickly as possible from a third party supplier, and you advised (correctly) the time this would take. As we had a late change in our plans to go interstate, you got the work done on the 2nd bike in particular, when all parts had been sourced, as soon as you could, in time for us able to get away. We’re a great believer in using your ‘local bike shop’, and Sandor and his team at Trek Fyshwick look after our cycling needs very well indeed.

This is a genuine cycling store. They actually care that you enjoy the ride and give clear information for all levels of cyclists. They don't make you feel stupid for any questions like some of the stores do. Nor is there someone judging you on appearance or treating you like they are too good to talk to you, like a number of other bike stores in Melbourne.
I couldn't recommend them more highly. Great people, who just have a passion for cycling and want you to have the same. Definitely go there
I brought some Pure brand energy gels which were reasonably priced. More importantly, the staff member on hand was friendly and engaged.

Norbert (aka Frenchie) had my test bike set and ready to go before I arrived. He took a lot of trouble to ensure it was set up correctly,and then allowed me to test ride 2 different bikes.
This is exactly what I want from a local bike shop when buying a new bike.
Some bike shops are quite reluctant and/or do not have good stock to allow a test ride.
I went on to buy one of the bikes I tested. Great work Trek!!

Guys in the repair shop were knowledgeable and helpful, they even gave my 4 year old a free bell they had spare from an old bike.
Although it meant probably nothing to the business as a gesture, giving me a free bell that was likely to get thrown out , meant the world to my son.
Which makes parents happy to see a kid happy.
The store assistants in Richmond were so helpful. They made me feel really at ease and for someone that’s just got into cycling no question felt too silly.
