The cycling computer was not in stock in the store, Rachel went out of her way to order it in, and even fitted it to my bike and assisted me in setting up the computer.
Cam is an excellent bike mechanic and managed to fix a niggling squeaky back brake which had been going on for some time. Cam identified the issue and fixed the brake, there have been no issues with my bike and it feels like a brand new bike again. Cam went out of his way showing me photos before and after, and talked me through what he had done.
Trek Ringwood is always well stocked, and the staff go and above beyond to ensure you have the correct bike fit or products, this is the only bike store I go to and thoroughly recommend.
