The products are good quality and readily available. I will say some are not competitively priced but basic consumables like inner tubes or even hydro tabs are reasonably priced.

We loved everything about the Trek Phillip store. What really got my husband and I to commit to buying was Duncan who greeted us as soon as we walked in. After telling him what we were after, he fitted our son to a bike and then myself (average sized woman looking for an entry level mountain bike) and he just made us feel like those bikes were designed for us. He also was very willing to share his knowledge with us and at no point did it feel like an over sell. I would have been happy to pay full price but Duncan working out package deals for us sealed the sale. He is amazing and we will be coming back for another bike (older son) and for future servicing, advice and apparel!

Si was great and assisted me when we were in a position dealing with a warranty issue that Bennetts Green store couldn’t get sorted for an extended period of time.
He was helpful in providing more information regarding the products that were not answered upon purchase as it was as if they weren’t interested in providing assistance after the sale was made.
