Charlie seems like nice guy, and always tries to fit the service in on the same day (which he's managed so far, when I've randomly bought my bike in). Last service a few days ago was good (there is a weird sound in the rear hub that wasn't there before, but I'll bring the bike in next week to get it checked - and I'm pretty confident it can be resolved quickly). All the other installed components (i.e. new brake pads and disks) are working well - handy for stopping! :-)
