I couldn’t fault them in any way, from the time I walked in the door too the time they delivered my bike to my house. It was honestly a 10 out of 10 experience. From the very first phone call the team were genuinely helpful and took the time to understand what I needed while working hard to find the right option for me. I then drove two hours to collect the bike and everything was ready when I arrived. They walked me through the whole process and explained how to use the bike properly. They also talked me through things to bear in mind with accessories and lights. The service throughout was friendly knowledgeable and reassuring and it made the whole purchase feel straightforward and enjoyable.
