Delighted to have found Saddle Safari which combines the reassuring substance of a larger cycle store, specialising in Trek, with the atmosphere of the smaller local bike shop.
The team were highly responsive in meeting my needs. I went in for a safety check which, due to their current volume of business, will have to be done next month, and emerged with a number of items I didn't know I needed. At the same time, they quickly suggested a non-Saddle Safari option as the fastest and most cost-effective solution for one specific issue.
I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Saddle Safari for Trek riders in particular, although they will undoubtedly be able to help riders of all bicycles (having an impressive selection of trikes on display). Do pop in for a visit!
