Lads very helpful over the phone and in store. Arranged for a bike to be transferred from their warehouse to my local store so I can test fit, at no extra charge. Really appreciate this, and it was the deciding factor in choosing wheelbase to buy a bike. I’m more than happy with the service and range of products. Only tiny niggle would be more than one brand of pedals, grips etc for in store impulse buys!

Josh is very knowledgeable about different types of bicycle, gravel, hybrid, E Bikes etc. He doesn't force a sale but gives good advice to allow you to make a decision. Leo was exceptionally helpful, checking prices online for merchandise and assisting me in getting a heavy E bike in and out of my car. Thanks guys!
We were surprised booking months in advance that we still couldn’t get hard tail e-bikes and had to have full sus e-bikes as these were very heavy and unwieldy for x-country riding.
Also found it very frustrating that there were no facilities for returns after 4.30-5.00 as many other bike hire places elsewhere appreciate people want full days and a letter return facility.
Friendly, well informed, considerate and helpful staff in both the shop and service areas.

Brilliant shop, lovely guys devoted to bikes - knowledgeable, friendly and capable. Problem with my crappy old bike was sorted really quickly and at a good price plus they pumped the tyres, improved the brakes and stopped all the loose bits spinning round into the bargain.
