Had a shoe fit as I had been getting hot spots on the feet. Ben sorted out the cleat positioning for the SPD's and I decide to go all in and also buy a pair of Lake road shoes with Speedplay pedals on Ben's advice. He fitted the Speedplays. Went out for a couple of rides at the weekend. No hot spots, perfect fit for the shoes and pedals. Sorted.
