The advice and guidance I received around choosing and buying my first eMTB was excellent, as was the customer service. I spoke to several members of the team and all were knowledgable, friendly, helpful and patient in explaining things. The help I received in deciding the size of bike and patience with me around this was appreciated. The handover of the bike and explanation around what I needed to know was excellent and clear. I bought my bike from Primo about two years ago. No problems with it at all. Had an accident recently and took it in for some minor repairs. Very friendly and helpful - thanks Ben. Shifter straightened and handlebar tapes re-wound. Ready within an hour and a very fair charge.
