The team at Bikes of Inverness are really good at what they do and was able to take care of a puncture my bike sustained the very day it was booked in.
Staff were so polite and efficient and gave me an opportunity to come same day to assess the repair. Dave was super efficient, diagnosed the problem straight away and had my bike fixed on the spot. I was thrilled with such a quick outcome to be able to cycle home immediately. A big thank you to Dave and all the Joe Daly team

I'm a woman. Walking into a bike shop and not being patronised because I am a woman is a nice change. I like that you guys talked to me like I'm a person, offered advice without smirking and being condescending.
The bike seems to have been well taken care of, maintenance and upgrades done as per my choice with no undiscussed/unagreed surprises. I have only ridden it briefly so far though so can't comment on everything but all seems in perfect order.
I'm also positively surprised that old parts have been returned clean and individually packed - I was expecting a pile of grimy metal!
