Staff was polite and understood my problem as I explained it. Repair was made in short amount of time and explained. Products in store were neatly displayed.
Stephen the bike mechanic is hands down the BEST in chattanooga. I've been in the bike riding game for 20 years road cycling mainly and some mountain biking. The Trek store at Stephen are Top quality, tour de france bike mechanic level. The store is a little high dollar but you get what you pay for. High quality my friends, every time. Stephen needs a raise.
The service guys are easy to talk to and know their stuff. They don’t try to upsell you. They give their recommendations and listen.
