Each of the guys that worked with us at the Trek store were super helpful and accommodating! We didn't come in to buy a top-dollar bike, but rather a previous-gen reduced price bike. We were immediately welcomed and helped, and everything was communicated clearly, from basic info about the bike to the lifetime service included with the purchase. While one gentleman helped us with the bike another adjusted my son's helmet for best fit. We were well taken care of and the whole experience was great. I really appreciated their attention and professionalism. This definitely made for a fantastic experience for my son getting his first serious bike. Thanks guys!!

Staff first and foremost: Crosby, robert, Jeremy and bike mechanic whose name escapes me. Plus the product. And altho we’ve purchased at least nine bikes through the years and five in past 15 months or so, they are never pushy to close a sale.
