Helpful, knowledgeable staff. This is the best Trek store for customer service that I have ever dealt with. They go the extra mile in being helpful and proactive in helping us maintain our bikes or making recommendations for new ones. They have a large number of salespeople and mechanics on staff. Great inventory of bikes, too.
The customer service was outstanding. I was put in the bike that met my needs after I explained them to the team. I was also perfectly fitted for my bike when I went to pick it up.
I come here every time I need my bike serviced. It's one of the most friendly and polite shops to get anything bike related. They'll hold the door open for you as you bring your bike in and answer all of your questions. I can say the service quality is always amazing. Great, knowledgeable and friendly service. Had a custom order bike rack and it was handled brilliantly, down to installation and advice. These guys take care of every detail and back what they sell. I’ve always been a Trek guy and this is one of the reasons why I will continue to be!
