The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. They go above and beyond on the service side. I brought my bike in for a simple chain install. Not only did the mechanic Steven turn it around in less than 24 hours but he also polished my bike. Those personal touches keep me coming back to this Trek store.

The technicians are really kind, helpful and polite. They offer solid suggestions and don't try to oversell me. Making them my go-to store for my daily driver bike.

I’m a trek fan, have been for 7 years. I was a bit disappointed that just recently their repair shop could not fix my Bluetooth on my domane. I brought it in paid for the battery. Unfortunately the screw holding the unit in wouldn’t come out. They said to bring it back. No sweat to do so, BUT it would have been excellent customer service if the repair service department would have moved forward and looked into then and there. Oh well, I’m bringing it back in next week. Still a great outfit!!!

The gentleman who assisted me with the purchase of my strap on bike rack took it out to the parking lot and showed me how to install and use it. It was service above and beyond the call of duty. I wish I got that kind of service everywhere I shop.
