I have always had a pretty good experience at trek. This past time it took a very long time. A couple of mistake were made in the beginning I don’t know by who, but Justin tried his best to do what he could for me service, products and price wise. I have 2 trek so I’ll probably be back.

The quality of service from the staff is outstanding. Ramon sold me my first bike since childhood back in January, and the buying experience was excellent. I recently returned and purchased a bike rack from Matt, and once again had a great experience. While I’ve mentioned Ramon and Matt specifically, the entire team works extremely well together, and I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone. Keep up the great work.
The Head service technician went over and above to fix my bike. He was even able to find a used part to replace the one on my bike saving me several hundred dollars!!

The team at the Roswell location is excellent. Pierre is top notch and had my bike ready early, which as a regular rider I really appreciate. He also communicates clearly and answers questions in depth and handles ambiguity well when the situation needs to be explored more fully before the conclusion is known.
