I've bought a few things in person and I've bought other stuff online. For a local shop their online sales are great, prices are competitive, shipping is fast. People that work there are nice. What else can you ask for?

We are not a very experienced cycling family but have recently relocated to the SC where our kids are getting into the cycling culture. Venture has been great at every instance in providing advice whether its a minor purchase, helmet, maintenance etc, or a major purchase of a new bike when I personally have little knowledge on bikes. Never felt pressured into overspending, just genuine advice from people passionate about their field.
