Great customer service and experience
The bike fit was very thorough and they explained what they were doing at every step and talked through the results with you. Being videoed meant that you could literally see what they were talking about. Once we found a comfortable and effective riding position, we used those measurements to find a bike from my shortlist that matched those numbers as closely as possible. I will therefore have a bike that is comfortable from Day 1 rather than buying a bike and having it adjusted afterwards because the riding position isn't right.
I'm a keen cyclist but not an amateur racer or professional rider, but felt that I was treated with equal courtesy and respect.

Everyone was very knowledgeable about the bikes. I had researched e-bikes and knew what I wanted to get and it was in stock (FX+ 7s) and I was able to get my bike with ease and the sales people were helpful and professional.
I brought two bikes that were making brake/chain noises to Scheller's, and they fixed them both for free! One because I had purchased the bike from them a year and a half earlier, and the other because they are just nice people! I put a $20 in the tip jar, but in retrospect, probably should have tipped more!

Fantastic experience at the Trek Bikes Lamar location in Austin. I came in for some service work on a wheel and fork and ended up picking up tires, tubes, tools, a helmet, and a few other essentials. Everything I needed in one stop.
Isaiah in sales was great to work with super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful without being pushy. On the service side, Tim, Steven, and Nate were outstanding. They took the time to explain what was needed, turned the work around efficiently, and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly.
What really stood out was the teamwork and communication between sales and service it made the whole process smooth and easy. You can tell this crew takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend this shop if you’re in the Austin area.
