The products and service are great. But what sets RBS apart from others are the people. I usually see Dan and Chris when I am there, and they are always helpful, welcoming and friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to find what I am looking for. They treat my early-teen grandsons very well, like people who are capable of making decisions.
The RBS crew also respects my vintage, custom mountain bike, and are the only ones (besides my husband) who I trust to work on it.

Big Jake was the best, he did a great job showing my daughter a bunch of mountain bike options. He made her feel very comfortable and excited to get a new bike. He spoke directly to her making sure she understood the various features and differences in the bikes.

I was able to replace 2 tyres and tubes quickly as there was stock and they were affordable.
John was awesome and took care of me and suggested improvements for my rear hub. His suggestions were spot on and even made me aware the part was under warranty since me money.

Prices are good, so is the service that I'm use to.
I Believe that you can test the bike on the bike trail behind the store before you purchase it.
