You guys are the best in town! Your team is super professional and have been incredibly helpful when stopping by even without an appointment. I appreciate that although you were incredibly busy and needed me to come back another day… the staff made sure my bike rode safely (quickly tightened up rear brake) before I left the store. One appointment later, gears, brakes and new chain makes the bike run like new. Thanks again!

I really like the quality of the bikes. I’ve been using a Trek Marlin 5 as my commuter and ride it at least 40 minutes every day, and I haven’t had any issues in over a year. I also like the design — the overall look and colorways are great. And I’d like to give a special thanks to the girl who helped me with my purchase yesterday — she was very helpful and made the whole process smooth.

I like Trek bicycles and the store’s accessories for sale. The store, in particular, had the rack I was interested in. I liked the store assembled the rack and installed it on my car. I also was explained how to use it.
Amazingly well packaged, very clear communication. Only problem I had was that I couldn’t add a different delivery address but all it took was one email and it was sorted. Highly recommended
