Had a great experience with Trek servicing. I went with the Level 2 service for my bike and level 1 for my son’s bike, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The team identified that one of the tyres needed replacing and took care of it without any hassle.
What really stood out was the quick turnaround — both bikes were serviced and ready on the same day, which was very convenient. Overall, professional service, clear communication, and quality workmanship. Would definitely recommend.
Extremely good service from the friendly guys in here. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly not pushy and trying to get you to buy the next model up when you don’t need or so many accessories you end up spending twice as much as you wanted.
