It's not so much with products, that are of course great, but the attentiveness and support to getting the right bike to the customer. Everyone at Sierra E-Bike, including to the owner listens to the customer's needs and physical requirements, or restrictions, and adapts their bikes and accessories exactly to the customer's specific needs. They could easily sell anything to anyone, but they don't. It's very rare these days to find a business, in any field, that is so supportive in every way. The products are incredible, but the people are better!

Went in to hire a mtb. No regular xc or trail bikes, only Ebikes. That said i hired one and enjoyed it. Shame I couldn't hire over the weekend, they're not open sun/mon and i was gone Tues. Friendly though, efficient, and they put some pedals on it ready and waiting for me. 😊

We had an incredible experience purchasing a Trek bike for our 11-year-old at Big Sky Cycling, Helena. The staff reached out less than 24 hours after we placed our online order, and when we arrived at the shop, they were fantastic. They took the time to walk our child through everything—from breaking in the brakes to properly mounting the bike. We will definitely be making the trek :) back for all our future maintenance!

The technicians did an expert job of modifying my Trek DS2 with longer brake lines and shifting cables to accomodate a different handlebar. Service is always excellent at Arnold.
